Allow muting quick chat/pings with contextual menu

people can get extremely spammy with a function like this (I've seen this a TON in Marvel SNAP for example) so the ability to squelch a player would be great to add. Ideally a context-sensitive menu (alt + click on player to bring up volume adjusts and quick chat squelch) would be the best way to handle. I'd be curious to see the telemetry of what messages get used most in a game like this!

ODS Kangaroo AdminWe understand that Agents would prefer to choose to mute other Agents when needed and we have implemented this for voice chat. We will look into this suggestion and take note of this within the team. While we can't immediately say whether we will implement this suggestion, we will continue to review and provide an update as soon as possible.
